Eligibility: For an item to be eligible for a return it must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You must have a receipt or proof of purchase.
Time limit: You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.


Process: Once we receive your item, we inspect the item and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Time limit: You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected].

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping shall be via a trackable shipping service or otherwise insured. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Non-Returnable Items

There are certain types of goods that cannot be returned. Those are the ones that are perishable. Such examples include food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines. We also do not return products constituting intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
